When will the inflatable arrive? - Castles will normally be delivered between 7am and 12pm and collected between 5pm and 7pm.  If you have booked a hall for your party we can accommodate special delivery times, to be discussed at the time of booking. We ask that a responsible adult is there to receive the castle.

NOTE:- If the castle has been deflated upon our return, we will re-inflate to inspect for damage.

How much space do I need? - 2ft extra either side of the inflatable & about 5ft in front to ensure that there is enough space for crash mats and to make it easy to get on & off and 6ft behind for the inflatable blower. The inflation tube needs to be fully extended when in use.

 Is there an age limit for children using the castle? -Yes our castles are suitable for children up to and including the age of 12.

Can Adults use the inflatable? - No any damage caused, you will be liable.

What type of surface do I need? - We recommend that the castles are set up on a flat grassed area.  We ask for the area to be clear from anything that could damage the castle, such as sharp objects, glass, stones, overhanging branches, dog mess etc..

Can the castles go indoors? - Our castles can be used in halls and other indoor venues, although you are required to check the height of the ceiling, to ensure the castle will comfortable fit. If you book a castle before ensuring the area meets our requirements, we reserve the right not to erect the castle if we believe it to be dangerous or unsuitable.

When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide? - We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle, you will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply.

Are your Inflatables clean ? - Yes they are, we always check our Inflatable’s after every hire and clean if needed. All we ask is that you make sure no one eats on the inflatable, and if you do make a mess on the castle, please just wipe it up afterwards.

What happens if it rains? - Our castles come with sewn-in raincovers and so children will be protected during light rain. If it does begin to rain heavily we recommend that you should not use the castle.

Is the equipment safety tested? - Yes all our inflatable’s have current safety certificates and blowers & extension leads are tested. RCD plugs are supplied and should be used.

Are you insured? - Yes. We are insured for £1,000,000 Public liability cover and copies of the insurance certificate can be supplied on request.

NB You are responsible for the supervision of the inflatable during the hire period and any injuries/accidents caused other than by our negligence are not covered by our insurance policy.

What is the Disclaimer? - When we deliver the castle, you will be required to sign the Disclaimer Form to say that you have fully read and understood the Terms and Conditions of Hire and Safety aspects.

Can you deliver with no side entrance and take castle though the house?  Possibly at the household owners risk and provided someone is available to help lifting. Bouncy castles are often bigger and heavier than most people expect, and to move them we use large sack barrows.  You should be aware that if rain water gets inside the inflatable this will tend to drain out whilst being moved, therefore you should take necessary precautions.

Can you get up a flight of steps? - No. Because of the size and weight of the inflatable, we could not manoeuvre up/down stairs, one or two steps may be possible.

Do you hire overnight? - No unfortunately we do not hire any of our castles overnight.

How does the castle stay up? - We use an electric blower, which stays on all the time the inflatable is in use, and we will need access to a power supply and can provide up to 30 meters of extension lead. The castle takes about 15 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack away.

When and how do I pay? – We ask for full payment in cash on delivery of the castle.

How do I book? - You can book a castle contacting us by telephone. You will receive confirmation of your booking either by email or by post - subject to sufficient notice of the booking

How much notice do I need to give for a booking? - You can book at anytime, bookings get very busy so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. However, please contact us on the day as we may have availability.

What if i need to cancel? - You can cancel at anytime, all we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible. If no notice is given you may incur a cancellation fee.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS ARE FOLLOWED:-

1. This unit has an age limit of under 12years.  Please ensure no-one over this age uses this equipment.  A responsible adult should be on hand at all times to supervise the inflatable and keep the front of the castle clear.
2. All shoes must be removed along with any Hard, Sharp or Dangerous Objects.  It is recommended that spectacles are also removed.
3. No food, drink or cigarettes are to be taken onto the castle.
4. No face-paints, party poppers, coloured streamers of "Silly String" must be used near or on the castle as they can permanently stain the unit.
5. Nobody must be allowed to climb, hang or sit on the walls of the castle or bounce on the front step.
6. Do not overload the castle, you should limit the number of children to approximately 6 children on an 10ft or 12ft castle and approximately 10 children on a 15ft castle, this should allow each child enough room to play safely.
7. Try to avoid large children and small children from using the inflatable at the same time.
8. Do not allow users to be on the unit during inflation or deflation.
9. In wet conditions the castle will be come very slippery. Any wetness including bubbling can be dried with a towel.  A small picnic table placed over the blower will help prevent rain-water being sucked into the blower and then into the inflatable.  Ensure that the vent on the side of the blower is kep clear at all times.
10. Do not switch the electric blower on or off, whilst the castle is in use.  If the castle fails for any reason it should be evacuated immediately to prevent injury and possible damage to the equipment.
11. Occassionally check that the castle is securely tied and pegged down.
12. If misuse or neglect caused any damage the client (hirer) will be liable for the full repair.
13. Persons under the influence of drink or drugs may not use the equipment.
14. If the castle is dirty when collected an additional payment of upto £50.00 may be requested.
